VoIP Provider changed s.th. - cannot make calls

    Hi,

    i think my german voip provider (ARCOR bought by VODAFONE) made some changes - now it is not possible to use the 10 VoIP-lines with 3CX. So i have a lot of problems.

    If i use ths soft phone from my provider everything is working. if i use with 3cx phone system / assistant / phone i cannot make calls :(
    On their software i have to write down phone number & password and also online username and online pasword.
    so i think it has to do something with these settings? is this possible?

    i can send the developers the account data to make some tests - if they are interested to solve this problem - i hope they are.

    please tell me what i have to do. thanks.

    Start by reading this post, put your pbx in verbose logging mode and post logs. See here:
