Voip Provider Configuration

    Greetings,

    I am hoping somebody has some advice for me.
    I am using Primus [http://www.ptgi.com/] for our VOIP Trunk.
    After a conversation with them, it looks like the 3CX is handing them a registration as follows:
    To: "5085551212" <sip:username@gateway:5060>
    From: "5085551212" <sip:username@gateway:5060>

    They have told me it needs to be:
    "5085551212" <sip:u5085551212@gateway:5060>
    And then it will challenge for authentication and password.

    I've gone into the custom parts, but nothing seems to change the request.

    can you provide me with a VoIP account username and password and SIP host name? If so please send this info via PM

    no need for credit on the account, just a PSTN number, so we can test it out, we will then work on this for you and get a working configuration. Once we have done this, we will output the changes to a XML file and upload for everyone to use :)
