VOIP Provider stops working when switching to TRIAL version

    Hi,

    I've been trying to try out some of the more advanced features of 3CX by using the Trial key provided. However, when I enter the key and switch from the FREE Edition, I get all of the MWI and BLF's etc working, but 3CX disconnects from my VOIP Provider and won't even attempt to reconnect after changing to the Trial key.

    No amount of restarting the services/rebooting the entire server seems to work. I've even re-installed 3CX and started from scratch!

    Sort of defeats the object of a Trial Key when the main function (being able to make and receive calls) is removed!

    Any ideas?

    Using the Demo key should not make any difference (other than the number of concurrent conversations). When you re-boot, and 3CX tried to register with your provider, what does the log look like?
