VOIP Registered, can receive calls but make a call

    I can receive phone call okay but can't make outgoing call.
    Pls see log below,

    Hi, by any chance, when you setup the VoIP Provider within 3CX, did you skip the final screen (Outbound Rules)

    If not, can you please go to the Outbound rules within 3CX and select the Rule and ensure that "Strip Digits" is set to 0

    If its set to "1" please change this to "0" and apply then try again and let us know if you continue to get the same problem.
