VOIP Registration with CallCentric

    We have setup a callcentric account and find that if we restart the 3CX phone system it can take 10-30 minutes for the VOIP account to register. We have tried to Refresh Registration but did not work.

    We did notice in the logs that the stun request was timing out. Could this have anything to do with the issue.

    Any ideas. thanks.

    You could try changing the STUN server to one of the other free ones available, in the off chance it is a STUN server issue. It could also be a NET connectivity problem. Try doing a PING to an outside IP, see if that gets through.
