VOIP Trunk shows call that does not exist

    A call shows to be in progress that does not exist. There is no way to clear all calls, or clear this one call. I am using Broadvox as the SIP trunk provider. Every night the PBX hangs and will not accept calls until the server is rebooted.

    Is this normal?

    Please check if on your computer the firewall check is able to complete successfully without warnings or errors. If yes, please let us know in more detail the exact error you are getting and when it happens.
