VVX410 and 3CX V15

    So far I have read everything I can find on provisioning a Polycom VVX410. I can't get them to provision even if I specify it manually in the web interface for the phone. I am only using this for testing but I'd like to get it working if possible. I can connect windows clients fine so the server seems to be working.

    Please specify the following:

    what firmware is your Polycom on?
    Have you tried provisioning other IP phones except polycoms?

    I have a Polycom vvx500 here and what i do is set up the extension in the management console copy the provisioning link generated there, then go to the web interface of the phone and under settings >>provisioning server i select server type http, copy provisioning link in the server address option and leave the server user and server password empty.
