Solved Waiting calls in Call Queue do not make Phone ringing

    Hi!
    From time to time a strange thing happens:

    While the Receptionist is having a phone call, another call is added to the call queue. When the first call has ended, the waiting call will no be signaled by the Yealink T48G.

    Does that sound familiar to someone?

    Hi narkumas,

    What version and O.S. are you on? How many agents are logged in? If you have more than one agent, this issue still persists?

    Most actual version of 3CX and Windows 10 client. Only 1 agent.
    Did not try more agents. The problem will not come up always.
    Will try more than one agent, but this may take time...

    Okay, it seems this is not a bug. It's a feature
    the configured ring time for this call group was too long. I realized that setting the ring time to 10 seconds, the phone will ring after this period...
