I'm requested to do a demonstration on the call center feature to a customer, however, it's my first to do this. We tested it with a NFR license, it has call center feature enabled, however, I've tried a couple of days, install/uninstall, reboot services, too bad it just doesn't work. It's installed on a Windows Server 2008 64 bits, and I'm running multi tenant installer. I've also run through the report in http://3cxip/Report, but it also displays all 0. My wallboard connection works fine, queue has been created, test calls were made many, may I missing something? How to trouble shoot from here? Can someone enlighten me? Thanks.
