    We would like to reset the WallBoard data in hours. Eg: every 8 hours as most call center have shift duties of 8hrs ...

    Hi,

    You can do it in PRO license, under Queue --> Advanced (PRO) tab, checking "Schedule Queue Statistics Reset" settings.
