Wallboard - monitor ring groups?

    I have a client who wants the phone to ring (in a ring group for the traditional ring tone) for a finite amount of time before going to a queue. They also want to monitor the ring group and the queue.

    Is it possible to write an customise the xml so that this is automatically selected. I've looked at the help guide but that shows me how to change colours, hide fields etc but still requires me to select the queue before displaying.

    I've seen an example from a New Zealand company http://phonevoip.co.nz/nzs-largest-3cx-ip-pbx-installation/

    This looks like it auto selects a group of queues.

    If someone could tell me the fields I need to tweak i'm sure I can figure it out. Thanks.

    What about the ring group do you want to monitor? Only thing I imagine you could see is calls currently ringing in? As far as I know there are no statistical logging that can be reset for ring groups like you can with the queues.

    From that screen shot on that site they are only monitoring queues.
