Wallboard Multiple Queues

    Hi,

    We are about to roll out 3CX into our internal network. In order to monitor the ques can someone please let me know how we would go about setting up one page with all the ques on one page.

    We have made a number of modifications to this already.

    Ideally we would like this in a table format as follows:

    Calls Waiting - [Que 1 Calls Waiting] - [Que 2 Calls Waiting]
    Active Calls - [Que 1 Active Calls] - [Que 2 Active Calls]
    Average Waiting Time - [Que 1 Average Waiting Time] - [Que 2 Average Waiting Time]

    Hey Johnny,

    Simple way to do it, is to open a web browser in private browsing/incognito etc and login to multiple queues in separate browser windows and tile them side by side.

    Putting up a big screen tv/monitor/projector in your call center will be easy to view the multiple queues.
