Wallboard Not showing correctly

    Hi All,

    I am running into a strange issue where the wallboard is showing incorrect details
    EG I see 5 people on the phones but the wallboard shows 3 then 15 minutes later it shows those 5 people are on the phone

    Now I think its related to the call history which only updates 15-20 minutes after I have made/ received the call.

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    in a v15 this is instant now. But have you selected the correct queues to be disabled?
    also calls outside of the queue are not monitored!

    Hi there This is V15 but the wallboard is inaccurate.

    Ill do a few more tests to check what's going on and will revert.
