Wallboards

    Hi,

    We need to be able to show the number of users on an active call at any one time. I'm assuming this is the "Calls Serviced Now" option within the wallboard but despite seeing that people are logged into the queue I'm trying to view, and that people within that queue are actually on the phone, I can't see a value other than zero.

    Are there any criteria with this such as it will only display incoming calls/external calls etc?

    Thanks mixig, however I've read those technotes.

    I need to show the number of active calls at any one time, from what I've since read the queues will only display incoming calls that have hit the relevant queue, this doesn't account for calls to DDI or outgoing calls.

    Have you, or anyone else, found a way to report on the number active calls / lines?
