Way to Disable Transferring Calls to Overhead Paging

There needs to be an option to block the transfer of a live call to overhead paging

We have had incidents where customers would accidentally get transferred to overhead paging and then they start using vulgar language etc. for everyone to hear

This is not good for business and needs to have a setting to disallow this


Anyone else ever have this happen and thoughts?

I think there is another request for this in here...

You can not even pull the call back if its in a Multicast Paging.

You should be able to pull it back if its just part of a normal page group though using the switchboard.
