Solved Web Client API

    Hi,

    How would we connect to the new web client API?

    The "Record" button only works in the web client API. (Pause recordings) We want to create a button that is larger that sits in the system tray.

    We have our own developer but just need pointing in the right direction..

    Hey,

    for now you must hold on a bit until we moved some of the API calls to the server side and with this into the web client. At current we dont have an exposed API for the web client.

    Thank you for your reply. When will you enable the Record button working on the client to pause recordings?

    At the moment. It only works on the web client.

    SP1 of 15.5 will add this to the 3CXPhone, for IP Phones we can not do it at current...

    We have SP1 of 15.5. Still does not work on a 3cx phone.

    u have to download the new 3CXPhone separate as it is not pushed as part of the beta

    Will this API be published at some point? We have several use cases where we want to interact with the API, not the front end GUI.

    At current I can not commit to anything. What I can say is that with the next version the PBX can speak in such a form already with the webclient. However at the moment all is private API. Sorry to not be more helpful at present.
