Web Meeting Activation Error

    Hi Everyone
    We recently upgraded to V12 sp5 and activated Web Meeting. We are however getting an error message and all the details stay blank apart from the Licence details. A screen shot is attached of the error being received. Does anyone know what ports are required for this service to work. The reason I ask is we do not have a conventional connection as we are connected to an MPLS network which serves all our sites and apart from the tunnel ports for Web Proxy Manager to serve our remote users, all other required ports are closed on our Internet connection firewall in the data centre.
    Help appreciated!!

    Please try to activate it again. If the issue persists, contact 3CX support.

    Hi Roland
    Ok -so all the boxes are now completed but now have a new error message:
    "WC Server responded with the following error: Unable to connect to the remote server"
    Any suggestions? I see that several people are having same problems
