Hi folks.
I know you can add a screen pop url to a user's Windows or web client interface.
This is a bit of a pain when you have many users to setup and manage.
A user can also need more than one type of screen pop url, which is likely based on the queue the user is in. I suppose this can be done through an API as well, however, based on the queue a user is in, that queue should control what screen pop the user gets.
So, can there be an option in the server queue management interface to enable a queue-specific screen pop which will work when the agent is using the web client interface?
