WebClient - Pickup call from another extension

    Hello,

    how can i pickup an unanswered call (it's still ringing) from another extension?
    The desktop client has an option (in german, "annehmen") in the contextmenu of the ringing extension.
    Can't find that option in the webclient.

    Hello @RP!

    You can pick a call up using either the dialcode *20* and the extension number, so if the extension ringing is extension 100 then you can dial *20*100 to pickup that call. You can also navigate to the switchboard of the webclient, where the call will appear. You can then right click on the call and click pick up.
    You need to have the right to do so though. You can grant users the right to do by navigating to extension settings in the management console click on rights and enable Perform operations on active calls to group members
