Hi!
Recently we moved entire phone system to 3CX platform. We face now the problem that only one extension that installed on server is allowed to initiate webmeetings. Even i add another extension on the 3CX phone installed on server is not working. If I try to assign that extension or other extensions to 3CX clients phone is not working. I see also that for all the extensions that are not able to initiate webmeetings presence is not available. For all this extension I receive a message that is not conected to 3cx web API.
Please help me with this issue.
