    Hi all,

    What is the format and dimensions for the file to be used as the Webmeeting Portal Company logo?

    In your 3CX PBX > Settings > Conferencing, Any generic image file format is accepted as your 3CX PBX Background Logo.
    Image size is restricted to 25mb max and dimensions can be anything you like, however a 120x120min - 1280x720 max is suggested, but not enforced.

    I have tried this too and still see the default 3CX logo.

    it is important that the webmeeting portal can connect to your 3CX mangement console, as on the start of the meeting it will fetch the logo from your server (pbx)!

    How would I know if it is connecting to the management console or not? When I schedule a web meeting from my portal, I can see the contacts on the 3CX system so I have correct ports open.

    The WebMeeting has to access the https picture URL in the provisioning folder, same folder that proisionning template
    I also noticed that my logo doesn't appear because of security features
    The logo URL in https (on the 3cx) has different certificate than the WebMeeting https URL

    How can you tell if the WebMeeting has access or not?

    Sorry for all the questions, have no idea how to figure it out. The default 3CX logo shows up on the WebMeeting.
