WebMeeting recording Email

    Hi Guys,

    Yesterday we've established a webmeeting video conference (2 participants)
    Traditional setup via 3CX client 'Start 3cx Webmeeting now' option

    Conference was successfully established and was working as usual.

    Conference was recorded with 'Record' button

    In the end conference was closed with 'End conference' option in order to trigger conference recording link Email.
    However we've never received an Email with recording link since then.

    Conference time around 5 PM UK time

    We tried few more this morning - same result. No Emails unfortunately

    Please advise if there is a chance to pull our yesterday's recordings out in an alternative way?
