Hi,

I've been trying to diagnose issues where the end user cannot see my screen when it is shared. Likewise with when the request remote control, they can move the mouse and type, however there is nothing displayed at their end.

Why is it a requirement that you have a webcam before it will let you share your screen :!:

This issue will get fixed in a hotfix or in next Webmeeting release 9.1, as I have been told by 3CX support.

Hi,

We've found this to be a new issue.
It's something we've fixed internally and needs to go through testing.

It's estimated to be released soon in the next release of WebMeeting which is going to be 9.1 with the possibility of this just being hotfixed sooner on 9.0.

Hi,

Feel free to try it again.
Let me know of the outcome.

Hi Leonidas,

Have tested this again and it is now all working as expected.

Thank you
