WebRTC problem.

    Dear, community members and 3CX staff.

    I have configured 3CX WebRTC on our company, but problem is - no sound (caller, destination)

    Version of 3CX is 14 SP3
    STUN server is disabled.
    Firewall rule on 3CX server created (ports 9000 - 9500 UDP allowed)
    Tried both browsers Chrome and Firefox.

    I am trying to call also from internal network, without proxy and firewalls. Call establish but no sound again.

    How many devices (different computers) have you tried this between? Could it be a PC sound card/device issue? Did you run the 3CX Firewall test with all tests passing?

    Problem is not in devices, because we have IP phones too. Tried on 3 computers and 2 IP phones. Mics and headphones also working properly

    We can not run firewall checker, because people is working with 3CX. UDP ports 9000 - 9500 opened.
