Welcome Trunk Problem on Outgoing Call Double 183 Session Progress

    We have new Voip Provider "Welcome" on some customer with some problem,
    many problem resolved, but one problem STILL.

    When Outgoing Call Provider reply me:
    SIP 100 Trying
    SIP 183 Session Progress
    SIP/SDP 183 Session Progress,

    all other provider send us after 100 Trying, 183 SIP/SDP with Call result

    with "Welcome Provider" Receiving Immediatly Only "SIP 183 Session Progress", and 3CX send Fake RING to Phone, not wait Call Result received with SIP/SDP a few second later

    i don't know how to tell to 3CX to wait SIP/SDP signal and not send Fake Ring to Phone.

    Anyone Help ME ?

    Hello @atik

    I would recommend using a supported provider to avoid these kind of issues. You can see a list with supported providers here.
    There is no way to change the behaviour of the PBX on this matter. Since the PBX receives a 183 Session Progress it will send Ringing to the endpoint.
