Welltech 399 problem

    Hi, I'm new with 3CX system.
    I'm using Welltech Lanphone 399(hardphone) and eyeBeam as VOIP client:
    - calls from eyeBeam to eyeBeam works fine
    - calls from eyeBeam to Welltech 399 works fine
    - calls from Welltech 399 to eyeBeam, only eyeBeam user hear the hardphone user voice - but I notice: if Welltech399 user press HOLD twice (HOLD ON then HOLD OFF), the sound works great both directions.

    Does anyone have this problem? or have any idea what the problem might be?
