What are you using for PCI compliance.

    Hi All,

    I've looked through the forum and I can't seem to find what I'm looking for on PCI compliance. We need a solution that will work with Apple Mac operating systems as well as Windows but can't seem to find the right solution. We have looked at Insperix and redbox but they don't offer a solution for Macs.

    Any advice?

    Hi Hogan71088,

    Although with some knowledge of the Call flow designer you can achieve true PCI compliance recording there is a certain level of programming proficiency required.

    If you want to tick all the boxes without developing yourself you may find it easier to use an App created by a 3CX Development partner. We use this one:

    The App covers Windows desktop (3CX Phone) Stand-alone phones for both PCI recording Stop Start and DTMF Suppression.

    I think you maybe hard-pressed to find a version that supports 3CX phone for MAC however it depends how much money you would want to put in of development time.
