Where/how do I find out what codec 3CX and my VOIP provider is negotiating on a call by call basis?

Is it in the GUI somewhere or a log file?

I'm trying to troubleshoot some call quality issues and I think the codecs may have something to do it.

In 3CX under VoIP providers (on the left), select the VoIP trunk group, that you datafilled, then the Advanced tab. You can choose which codecs to use and the preferred order to use them. Just put in one codec at a time to test.

You can use wireshark. It can provide you all information.
