What VOIP provider are you using?

Let us know the most popular providers out there. Let us know which ones you feel need to be supported as well... And let us know which providers are working just fine so we can add them to the supported list!

    Thanks for your cooperation.

Using Internode for a while now, their VoIP service is:

    http://www.internode.on.net/nodephone/

This is an Australian based service provider.

http://WWW.ITALIADSL.IT is a good cheap Italian VOIP / ADSL Provider.

They supply guaranted bandwidth and geographic voip numbers.

I have sucessfully used its voip service in combination with 3cx Pbx.
Everything worked fine at first configuration.

    VoIP.com

VoIP.com if fairly tight lipped about their settings due to some abuse on their system. Here is some info from one of their files.

    SIP_Proxy:voip.freester.com
    Local IP:0.0.0.0
    Local Port:5060
    Proxy Host:sd.voip.freester.com
    Proxy Port:5060
    Stun Host:
    Stun Port:3478

If this helps anyone let me know so I can try to get my Equip. to work with it.

    NOT WORKING

    i am using ARCOR [GER]:

    there is still one problem:
when i call s.o. his phone is ringing. if he doesn't respond, i hang up, but his phone is going on ringing => http://www.3cx.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=1221

If i use 3cx phone directly connected with my VoIP provider (without 3cx phone system), there is no problem, the called phone stops ringing when i hang up.

i have tried other phone system software and they all provide Arcor without this error. also other phone software like x-lite etc. provide Arcor.

so i hope that 3cx phone system software will provide it too :)

I have configured the following without issue:

    voipbuster
    teliax
    junction networks

I use outbound dial rules to choose i.e regular dialing, 1+number is voipbuster, 2+ number (with the "r" to strip the 2) is teliax, 3 for junction.

I have tried several times to get 3cx work together with cellip.

The problem is to answer incomming calls. 3cx can't receive calls.

The provider works fine on stanalone sip phones

    Quality Voice Provider

http://www.voicestep.com seems to be geared toward your business clients and from the demo line I have been using they are very good quality. I also have a broadvoice line and it works pretty good also but I think the Voicestep line has an edge on quality.
