We experienced that we had a user who tried to login with a wrong password. The whole Webclient including admin interface is blocked for every IP address. This is very troubling, because we cannot get to the admin interface anymore, and cannot use the softphone and app anymore. Please change it in a user block, so that the organisation can work further with full functionalities.

Make sure you add your IP to the whitelist and set to never block. I typically add the local subnet to white list so the devices will not end up on the blacklist.

Normally yes. But we couldn't get to the console with other IP's after the incident.
