Where a WorkFlow could be placed

    Hallo,
    i'am starting a project using VAD environment;
    i am asking you where a WorkFlow could be connected: only to a IVR (activation extension) or also when an event has emerged (for example: 'out of office' status, ....)

    Hello,

    A VAD callflow is registered as a special digital receptionist. Then you can trigger it whenever you need, for example into a standard IVR or as a forwarding rule for an extension.
