Where is Add CID Rule

    I am looking for the Add CID Rule for Inbound Rules - Routing incoming calls.
    It is described here:

    “Add CID Rule.”

    I have looked on both version 12.5 PRO and 14 SP3 PRO and can not locate it.
    I am trying to route calls based on Caller ID.

    Did you try...

    Select Inbound Rule, from left column

    Click "Add DID" from the top menu

    Under Number Mask, Inbound Rule Type...use the drop-down menu and select Caller ID Number/Mask

    It could be slightly different depending on the version you are using.

    Yes i tried this under Inbound Rules:
    "Inbound Rule Type" Caller ID Number/mask . For anyone else looking for this. this works but the rule needs to be above all your DID rules.
