Where are located a file containing all information about incoming and outgoing calls, ways of routing connections and many other additional events?

You can generate call detail records as files by selecting "Settings -->CDR" in the 3CX management console. These files contain a fair amount of information about each call. This is the only supported way of getting call detail information (other than standard reports). That said, you can also get the call detail and pretty much all configuration information from the PostgreSQL database. But I need to be very clear -- accessing the PostgreSQL database directly is UNSUPPORTED and is frowned upon by 3CX support. You can also get many settings and configuration information using the 3CX Call Control API.

Accessing the PostgreSQL database directly should be a last resort option. If you can get your data any other way (Reports, CDR files, and Call Control API) that is strongly recommended. You have to be very careful accessing the database because simply clicking on a table using the most common PostgreSQL management tool (purposefully unnamed here) will place a lock on the table and all the records and could have undesirable effects on a running 3CX. This is, in part, why 3CX is very opposed to you accessing the database for any reason.

As self-serving as this will sound, you may want to take a look at our 3CX Exporter add-on. It can automate the process of parsing the CDR files and put the data in a SQL or MySQL database. It can also safely copy data from the PostgreSQL database to SQL or MySQL on a scheduled basis. Once the data is in SQL, then you can do whatever you need ... like create custom reports, etc.
