Where is SRTP enabled in Settings?

    I know you turn it on via the SIP Trunks menu, but where do you enable it in the PBX Settings?

    SRTP can be enabled in SIP Trunks menu as you said, and in Extensions(select a 3CX client extension)>>Phone Provisioning>>RTP Mode. There is no equivalent option in PBX's Settings.

    What did Support mean by this then?

    "At the current time the only you can do is to enable the SRTP for the trunk. If you want this option enable, kindly navigate to SIP Trunks >> Select the provider >> Advanced and enable the option "Switch on Secure RTP (SRTP). Note: The SRTP has to be enabled first through the Settings of the PBX."

    Hello @msnyder

    This is if you are a on V14. In V14 there was an option under Settings>>Security. In V15 and above this is by default enabled. The engineer meant that you have to enabled it in SIP Trunk settings. If you are a V15 and above user you have nothing to worry about.
