Which DDI did they dial?

    We have a 800 DDI numbers and at any point in time, a few are unused. When a DDI is unassigned (has no specific rule/internal extension associated), incoming calls are routed to the 'Operator' extension. Unfortunately, the call logs do not indicate which DDI the caller actually dialled - only the caller ID.

    In cases where incoming calls are routed to the operator extension, it would be most helpful if the 'inbound number dialled' could be added to the 'Call Logs' report or a separate report defined to provide that information.
