Which IP to use in 'Contact' field for registration:

    In the LINES setup, I have (3) choices;

    External (STUN resolved)
    or Specified.

    My internal & external IPs are static for my PBX... Is it better to just use my external (or internal) since they will always be the same IP, and never need to be resolved? And does specified refer to the internal, or external (if at all)?
