you should provide more information, but you can try the following:

check your dial rules. the r in the transform mask removes the first digit dialed.

also check the gateway configuration if its registered properly and the phone too.

rule is three for digit 0 - to dlink gateway, for digit 2 and 3 into same dlink. dllink is registered properly, I can call to line connected to dlink interface correctly, but if i call to line into dlink and it`s trans my call and dialed number into 3cx ( 8432505999...) and why it transfer this call into 500?

what does you outbound rule say? you still have the default rule in there?

If so, remove the "r" in the transform mask. hope it helps

I think you have to play with the gateway is external settings for a bit.

    But to get it straight:

    Outgoing calls work?
    Incomming calls work?

    Incomming calls display wrong number?
Or number you dial out gets transformed?

no! I can call from ext 500 ( softphone) to any ( this is corect) but if i call for line into dlink and it transf this call to 3cx... any dealed number was transfered to ext 500. fo example i call to fxo line ( like pstn call) hear voice promt to deal number... then dial 2505999. dlink place sip call to 3cx and 3cx was transfer this call for ext.500 in anytime or any dealed number

also you can play around with editing the "other settings" of the voip gateway, specially the

    caller id
    called number settings.

also play around with extension is external setting in the extension settings, provide the softphone also with a stun-server adress to take away any NAT related problems.
