Hi, I recently updated my system to windows 10 and am having problems using the 3cx phone app. After starting the program, only the first call will go through successfully. When I try to make additional calls the app behaves like nothing has happened. Here is a linear explanation:

    1. Open the 3CXPhone app
    2. Enter number, hit dial, it successfully calls number.
    3. Hang up.
    4. Enter same number, hit dial, app does nothing. (by nothing I mean the phone number disappears and the app returns to it's default screen). Repeat with any phone number and app behaves the same way.
    5. Close the app.
    6. Open the 3CXPhone app.
    7. Enter number, hit dial, it successfully calls number.
    8. Enter same number, hit dial, app does nothing. (by nothing I mean the phone number disappears and the app returns to it's default screen).

    And so on.

To add, switching between CTI mode and 3CXPhone mode also resets the dialer so that it can make the first call again. Also, CTI mode works fine on dialing numbers consecutively.

Is it confirmed, somewhere, that 12.5 is (fully) supported in Windows 10 ?

    It's not confirmed.

I now know the problem was related to my bluetooth headset, not the client itself. After a reboot behaviour returned to normal.

During the problem all sources of audio were skipping on my headset (cutting in and out). Looks like this is more of a bluetooth problem than a 3cx problem.
