I have a network mostly running winXP but there are some machines running 7. Running the local silverlight install (LSI) on xp is fine once .NET and SP3 is installed. All the windows 7 machines picked it right up and have had no trouble, except one. For whatever reason this one user can go in, install their LSI update to current and use it correctly for so long as the computer remains turned on. When the machine is turned off the LSI will load nothing but an empty window. I have cleared caches both on the silverlight window via right clicking and going into the silverlight options as well as all installed browsers just in case, uninstalled and reinstalled, cleaned out the registery, etc. It is the one machine in the entire network that does this. There is a disturbance in the geek...
