Windows Client: Disable 'Divert to Voicemail' & 'Decline' Buttons 5 5 1votes

    Please add the ability to disable or remove the 'Divert to Voicemail & 'Decline' buttons when the client is logged in to a ACD queue. In a call center the agent should not have the option to divert or decline any ACD call.
