Windows Client: Disable 'Divert to Voicemail' & 'Decline' Buttons

Please add the ability to disable or remove the 'Divert to Voicemail & 'Decline' buttons when the client is logged in to a ACD queue. In a call center the agent should not have the option to divert or decline any ACD call.

I hope there are more than just a couple of us that need this ability to disable or remove the 'Divert to Voicemail & 'Decline' buttons.

I agree, we have call centers, this option is essential!!
 
We had give up on 3CX because the call/contact center is just not strong enough for our requirements.
 
yes, please give us the option to disable the divert to voicemail button
 
Please give us the option to disable this button. if an incoming queue call is diverted to an agent's personal voicemail, this provides a poor experience for the customer.
