Windows client doen not show queue calls list

    Hi
    i have installed 3cx v12 and using windows client phone as softphone.

    there are 4 extensions in queue.
    When they logs in in windows client and goto full screen Presence, they are not seeing any thing in "Queue Calls" list.
    there is small window in full screen but it does not list any current calls.

    Only one extension of the queue is able to see all waiting and connected calls.
    Rest of the 3 exts are not able to see anything.
    Even I as admin having all full rights on my extension does not show any calls in the list.

    what i am missing?
    help me.
