Windows client not dialing out since today

    Client 15.5.7262.2 running on Windows 7 64 bit.
    Incomminig calls run fine (local as well from outside). Other internal phones work fine.

    When dialing a number (in this case local 200) it shows Dialing but screen is empty (not showing no. 200):

    After some time it runs in a timeout
    call failed, Timeout.JPG
    Also uninstall and reinstall client does not resolve the issue.

    Hello @das

    Do you experience this issue when dialling all numbers, even system extensions? Try dialling *777 and see if that works. Did anything change on the PC or the network that might have caused this ?
    Do other clients experience the same issue?

    Hello Yiannis,

    It does not matter if dialing internal or external numbers.
    Same with *777...
    Nothing was changed on PC or network in the last days. Last Friday it was working fine but since yesterday it did not work.
    It is same issue on my laptop - it receives calls but cannot originate calls.
    Also activity log of 3cx shows no entries regarding these calls.

    Meanwhile I rebooted the 3cx host (Windows 10) and the issue is resolved at this time. BTW. nothing was changed at the host and last updates were installed on 14th Dec. and all was fine until 30th Dec. - no one was working until 2nd Jan.

    I am having the same issue. Windows clients and webclients will not dial out. Soft clients on smartphones are working fine.

    A reboot did not resolve my issue

    Hello @Aidaca

    Did this stop working or it never worked? Are the clients local to the server or is the server in a remote location? Do you get an error message? Do you see any errors in the activity log?

    It stopped working. However, about 2-3 hours after the reboot, I re-provisioned my extensions and now it is working.
