Windows Domain

    Good afternoon,

    We are currently implementing a Windows 2012 domain in our organization. One of the challenges we've run into is with the 3CX client. When a new user log's into a machine, they receive a message stating the "No phone system configuration detected". If the client is installed and the config loaded, it works fine.

    Is there anyway to set the client up to work on a PC that is machine based and not profile based?

    On a clean install of a 3CXPhone app, there is not configuration in ti so it makes sense that the user would get this message until they use the Welcome Email.

    Now although I haven't tried this myself, something that might work would be to send yourself the Welcome Email, download the attachment, then through group policies create a startup script that would execute/run the config file. Assuming that the 3CXPhone is already installed, it should load the settings into the app.
