Windstream/Paetec VoIP Provider

    I wanted to see if anyone is using Windstream/Paetec as their provider w/3CX? I have been unsuccessful in getting a call in or out with the following message:
    Call or Registration to 16782642732@(Ln.10005@Windstream) has failed. [ V4 10.250.0.5:5060 UDP target domain=unspecified mFlowKey=824 ] replied: 604 Does not exist anywhere; from IP:10.250.0.5:5060

    Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

    a 604 is typically an issue with the remote party ID in the SIP invite. Not sure if there is a way to turn that off in 3cx. Try that and let me know.

    No problem at all with Windstream Paetec
