WPU 7800 is not responding

    Hello all!

    We bought a UniData WPU 7800 since it ticks all the boxes for our needs in our facility. After fiddling about we finally got it working fine on our system. It is working fine once it boots up. You can make calls and receive calls.

    BUT after around 3-5 minutes it goes into some kind of mode where it is not responding anymore. The display show as everything is alright but you can't receive any calls anymore and when you dial out it says "Conncetion failed".

    Initially I thought it might be our firewall but I tired it off-campus as well as on a eOn-Millenium system and it reacts the same way.

    Does anyone else have similar experience and found a solution for this problem? Any kind of help is really appreciated!

    ....and you are using this with a 3CX PBX?
