Wrong outbound caller ID

    I have Cisco CME sitting on top of 3CX. I use the CME for all phones not within our call center (it was already there and configured). Caller-ID works when phones call out directly through CME. Caller-ID does not work when going through 3CX. VoIP provider does allow me to change the Caller-ID as I have done this through the CME. Everytime I call out from 3CX (which goes out through CME), my caller ID is 393. Forwarded calls therefore have the same caller ID, 393. Any thoughts?
