When I use Xlite, it does not show it is registered in the 3CX console until a call is placed from it. You cannot place a call to it either.
If you place a call from the softphone it will show that a call is being placed and as soon as you hang up, it shows registered in the console. You can then call the extension.
Also, when you unload xlite, it will not unregister. You can still call the extension, but it does not ring, nor does the calling extension get any indication the line is not available.
I do not have any firewalls on. So I am not sure what is going on. The IP phone I have will register everytime without issue.
Anyone have any ideas?
