Yealink missed call display different on latest update

    Hi Guys

    A strange thing I have noticed is on the missed calls page on a Yealink it now shows the number the caller dialed and not the callers number. We have just setup a brand new 3cx for a client and installed the latest updates. So basically what is happening is the phone shows the number assigned to that extension via DID and inbound rules as a missed call.

    We provisioned the same phone on another clients 3cx. Still on v15 also with its own DID and inbound rules and under missed calls it shows the person who called the extensions number.

    This particular client has many about 30 extension each with their own DID and Inbound rule for each extension. All extensions are showing the number that was dialed and not the external number under missed call.

    Was something changed in the provisioning template for yealink? Or in the custom parameters on the new 3cx update?

    EDIT** Phones tested are yealink T23G and T40G

    Hello @RyanF

    You are probably seeing the name of the Inbound rule prepended on the caller ID. If the inbound rule name is the number of the DID then that is what you are seeing. Try navigating to Contacts / Options and select "Do not add" under "Add Group, Queue or DID/DDI Names to Caller ID" and try again.

    You can also click on the details of the missed call on the Yealink device to see the actual called number.
