Solved Yealink phonebook only shows company contacts

    Hi,

    our Yealink T-46G phone only shows the company contacts not the personal contacts of the associated user. Is this intended behavior or can it be fixed through settings?

    I believe this how the system works, the global address book is generated from the 3CX company contacts and not personal contacts

    No setting to change this function.
