My customer has some t.28's and t.38's. I would like to setup the provisioning so that it only has the phones extension on the first 2line buttons and the rest of the line buttons and side buttons can be used for BLF or whatever. Anyone understand the yealink config files and point me in the right direction for configuring that? Thanks in advance

you can modify the template in 3cx, there is a section that ssigns account 1 to button 10 - 16. just assign account 1 to 10 and 11 and you should be good to go..

yep that's it! just leave 11 and 12 unchanged and you can either set 13-16 to a different account or a blfs manually.
